Mother Bass has been djing for a number of years, with her early musical influences coming from listening to dub, roots & culture. Addicted to strong, solid and hypnotic bass lines she started collecting records from a young age. Her music collection covers various genres, (reggae, 70's funk, rare groove, jazz fusion, soul, acid jazz, and house).

Over the past few years Mother Bass has been concentrating on developing her set, playing more soulful, jazzy, funky, afro flavours, specialising in uptempo beats with influences from Africa, Brazil and the Caribbean.

HKB FiNN is Spoken Word artist, Producer and DJ.As a vocalist he has worked with Cleveland Watkiss, Katch22, Roots Manuva, The Orb, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and leads his own Afro Hip Hop band. As a DJ, FiNN has worked in Belgium, Sweden, France and London as a Mother Bass Resident. He plays mid to up-tempo Urban and Leftfield Dance grooves.
